Terms of Use and Gift Terms

Who we are

The Future That Works Foundation is a Texas nonprofit corporation in Houston, Texas. Write to us at hello@futurethatworks.org.

A gift is voluntary. It is not a purchase, and we give no goods or services in return.

Gifts are not tax-deductible until the IRS grants our federal 501(c)(3) status, which is in progress.

Gifts are unrestricted. We use them where they are needed most, unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Gifts are processed by Stripe through a donation page run by Connections. Our Privacy page explains what we receive.

If you made a gift by mistake, email hello@futurethatworks.org within 30 days to ask for a refund.

You can cancel a monthly gift at any time by emailing hello@futurethatworks.org. No further charges are made after we confirm the cancellation.
