Why nowEntry-level jobs
Employment for 22-to-25-year-olds in the most AI-exposed jobs is 19% below where it would have been. The gap comes from companies hiring fewer young people, not from layoffs.
Most careers start with an entry-level job, and AI is making those jobs harder to land. We help young people get one.
